Cusick Wins Inaugural Eastern States 100
Continuing her winning streak, Kathleen Cusick wins the Eastern States 100 run in 24:48:57. By all accounts, the course was brutal, and way more than anyone had bargained for.
Several VHTRC members made the journey to Waterville, PA to participate, and although only a few actually made it to the finish line, all participants put in a tremendous, commendable effort on the formidable course.
Only about 36% of runners completed the course, including VHTRC runners Miguel Pérez, Scott Lee and Gilbert Gray.
