Preliminary report

It was a beautiful day for a race with threats of afternoon rain holding off.

Robin Watkins won the half marathon in 1:53:12, nine years after her 2015 victory. Jessica Yurcheshen won the inaugural 10K distance in 1:15:30.

Team Falsone — consisting of Laura (mother) and Marisa (daugther) Falsone — won in a combined time of 6:42:34.

Furbutt once again made it across this finish line, carried by Rachel Bode back from Wolf Run Shoals. She got a bouquet of flowers for her effort.
